Work is always fun when you're and assassin like Keira. Fostered righte after birth to Aki, a forest guardian, she was taught about every bit of fauna that could cure and kill. Her interests and lessons drew her to the most poisonous of herbs, plants and even barks of trees. Being a mutated hybrid, and a runt at that, she needed every advantage she could get. Her missions from the Princess of the Kingdom, also one of her best friends, let her try each of her new poisons. Her first delivery system was a little clumsy. She covered her right claws in hardened beeswax and would only dip her pointer claw into the jar of poison as she neared her intended victim and then claw them as she passed by. Unfortunately sometimes this did not go smoothly do to layers of clothing or armor. Eventually Keira made not only made the most exotic potent toxin in the Kingdom, but an ingenious delivery system as well. She found a wounderful tinkerer to make a dagger handle that could hold vials of her toxin and with the push of a button release them down a channel in the razor sharp porous edge of the blade. A quick jab sent the blade through clothing or atmor and the toxin into the blood stream, the victim not knowing what hit them until it was too late and they hit the ground.
