Pounced.org is continuing to lie to the furry fandom.

Ask yourself why Pounced.org needs to shut down when there is an offer to buy the website? In January, we tendered an offer to purchase Pounced.org. This was before the controversy. This offer was made through our personal email. We were instructed to contact Kelar on Telegram. We do not use Telegram, and requested to discuss the matter via email. Our request was ignored, as was our offer.

Our offer was reiterated when Pounced was DELETED FROM THE SERVER (it was not shut down!).

Pounced.org, Wolfpac, nor Kelar nor anyone else has contacted us to accept or even discuss our offer to purchase Pounced.org.

Why do we want to buy Pounced.org?  Simple, because we wanted to make it actually work. Our intent was to fix the problems with the site. We even offered to GIVE THE SITE BACK after two years and after we made improvements.

Our offer was ignored.


So folks, we have TRIED to fix Pounced. We tried to buy it. But it is instead being shut down. And the reasons, as you can see elsewhere on this FA page, are nothing but lies told to cover up the fact that Pounced.org has been run in a reckless manner and which caused several minors to be sexually exploited, and provided an opportunity for the real perverts of the world to exploit minors because Pounced either didn't care, or was themselves involved in sexually exploiting minors.

Email pounced[at]pounced.org right now and ask them why they have not accepted or even considered the offer to purchase the site. Ask them why they are really shutting the site down. Ask them why they don't just let someone else take on the supposed liabilities that FOSTA supposedly creates (the truth is, FOSTA merely makes Wolfpac liable for the crimes of the site, instead of just Kelar – and those crimes are not from FOSTA, they are from other legislation not affected by FOSTA, including a LEGAL REQUIREMENT that the site provide information on how parents can keep their children from being victimized by the site, something even Craigslist did – because they had to, by law and yet which Pounced.org did not do, illegally!

Elsewhere on this page you will soon find evidence: including my contacting law enforcement to complain about minors using the site and Wolfpac doing nothing about it; ads from 13 year old children; and our offer to purchase the site and their lackluster response.

You deserve to know the truth. And you deserve to hear it from the source. So, email pounced[at]pounced.org right now and ask them to tell the truth, ask them to sell the site so you can go back to trying to find your true love, or just a really good friend, on the only furry dating site run by and for furries that isn't a financial scam (furrymate, etc.).
