The gift of life. A simple thanks is sometimes the only way to show how thankful you are.
An avatar commissioned by Kina for the use on [link]. She went through a double lung transplant a couple years ago and is as healthy as ever thanks to it.
You can see the scar from her transplant just under her chest cavity, and she hugs her lung pillow that was stitched for her.
