Yeah - we've recorded our first cover song! It was suggested by TimeKitsune -- and it's a famous song from The Beatles, "Love Me Do".
This was just for fun and we hope you get a little bit of enjoyment out of it!
We've been taking a break from music for a while. I've been getting new drumming equipment and figuring out new ways to record it. Nick just got himself the new guitar you hear in this song. He's happy because he's finally gotten himself a Gretsch! (He's been bragging non-stop for about a week now)
We'll have a journal entry up soon explaining more why we've been so absent lately. Basically we've been busy revamping all of our equipment and getting things better than ever. We'll be back soon with new original material! Keep your ears open and your eyes peeled!
Guitar/vocals: Nick
Drums: Sam
Bass: David
Lyrics/Music: Lennon/McCartney

Here's the exact guitar -- it's a Gretsch Electromatic Pro Jet guitar, and it's gold and sparkly. It's got a great retro vibe to it and it sounds fantastic!

so that's our little Gretsch sales pitch. We're hoping to revive the struggling brand name of Gretsch... we know they can say that Brian Setzer plays one, but now they can also say that PAWS FOR EFFECT features one, too! ;)

I have the absolute hugest grin on my face right now. To show my gratitude, here's a "fact" based on the Chuck Norris ones. "When the members of The Beatles and Paws For Effect walk into a room, the whole building explodes because that amount of awesomeness cannot be contained." In short: You guys (and The Beatles) are the awesome!
Man... you should have people pay you to record their bands. They probably wouldn't be that great, but you could definitely make them SOUND great in recording.
And the song... love the Beatles, awesome vocal work once again, very good cover. You're great, Trigger :3
