This is Meun.

I am not sure of the exact configuration of mammals that go into him, but he is a beautiful thing isn't he? A spirit of the mists, fogs, and low-flying clouds, Meun rarely ever appears unless wet and cold weather is due to arrive.

He was originally inspired by cool, foggy weather back when I was in college and not long ago we had very similar weather for a good long while that reminded me of the boy, thus, I draw him.
