Given to all Mai'No'Tian citizens since 1846 the M.C.ID.C. is a small card that includes multiple forms of Identification data points including but not limited to; Name, Date of Birth, Age, Height, and Species for those who are not Mai'No'Tian but still citizens. The first card is given on the day of birth and expires a year later every year until the age 20, after which it expires every ten years, so the weight, height and age can be updated. For people trying to become citizens, they are given a card on the day they become citizens. The large number spanning the bottom is the Citizen Identification Number (C.ID.N.) and is similar to a Social Security Number in the US. On the card the Mai'No'Tian Flag is printed on the face (faded for clarity of reading and not on Photo ID square) and the back (non-faded) and is made of plastic for rigidity.
