I drunk from what I think was more than twenty years old bottle of Mezcal...when I was drunk...and didin't remembering about there being two desceased Mezcal Worms in it which I was told a week later that if I had of accidentally swallowed one of them...I could have died from poisoning. Too me, it was more alchol at the time and I was happy XD.
I wanted to tell this story cause of the mentioned Tequila.

*chuckles... I like a taste of Tequila every now and again. The worm is not poisonous. It's more of a trademark of the good stuff now. The idea was this (as I understand it) the worm was dropped in to see if it was done yet. If the worm stopped wiggling by the time it hit the bottom the T was ready. It's supposed to be an honor to be given the worm to eat/drink.

The Boss Lady turned 76 yesterday. Cue the trombones. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODu888i14-I
This was a nice bit of storytelling, history and introspection. All the more poignant when taking current events into consideration.
Aside from the historical aspect, the highlight for me here was the banter between the soldiers, it flowed well and came off as very grounded. Not to mention it helps give us insight into both characters. Dialogue can be difficult to pull off sometimes, but it seems like you don't seem to have too much trouble with it, at least not here.
