Digging through some junk around my house, I found a 1980's HotWheel's Camaro, which had its plastic base separated from the body. The original wheels were never recovered, likely cambered more than those hellaflush cars we so love making fun of, so I found a set of wheels cannibalized from another car.
Most of the original plastic base was found, using that as a reference to measure things out in CAD, and after 2 tries, I was able to create a base that held the new wheels and press-fit into the body. So here's the result...a heccin low Camaro with some sweet wheels and an impressive amount of rake.
How I found the car is here

Bottom view with the new base is here
3D Model and base without body is here in this second submission
Vroom vroom...feel free to comment and such
