I made a few more changes to her hair and fur patterns, mostly trying to refine things.
I was never very good at drawing this particular angle, and I've always been especially bad at drawing hind ends. Still, this one doesn't seem as bad as usual.
Trying to get to where I can consistently show that Seral's got fairly wide hips. In general, she's a curvy lady-- a type that I would not even FATHOM being able to draw a year or two ago.

The anatomy improvements you've made over time are really obvious on this one. It's a hard angle to do, but this is quite awesome and neat! My only nitpick would be that her whiskers seem to be misplaced, coming from her cheek/jawline instead of by her nose.
Oh Seral, you adorable stalker you.

It's hard to deny what you say about whisker placement when MY OWN ICON shows you to be right! Truthfully the placement is right based on how I always draw them (they always came out of the cheecks, and if they didn't it was cause I failed), but ... hmm.
Can I use the excuse "THEY'RE ALIEEAAANNNSSS" to get away with not figuring out how to fix this in all future ralian drawings? :D???

Probably not, since you draw them fine throughout the pregame. 8D

I don't think it looks bad at all being more cheekish (indeed, for some animals, the whiskers continue relatively far back on the muzzle), but in this particular image it's more jawline-ish and actually below her mouth. You could keep them around the same spot and just shift them up higher, and I'd say it'd be fine. =3

THEY UH SHIFT POSITIONS BASED ON UH....
Okay okay I concede 8(
In general one of my huge problems is not wanting to draw things "over" other things. in this case I didn't want her whiskers bogarding her mouth. I'm trying to conquer this for hair, AND I MUST ALSO COUNT WHISKERS AS HAIR.

Chillax, yo~
I have a huge problem with that too. Sometimes I avoid dynamic or awkward poses because I really don't want to draw stuff over stuff. In general though, I find if I just do it anyway, and as long as everything else is mostly making sense, the illusion of illustration carries it.
You work with a tablet, right? Whenever you come across that kind of situation, make a new layer and sketch on that layer. That way if you're like "wut, ew" you can delete/clear the layer without screwing up the awesome line art you have under it.

Actually, lmao, the reason the whiskers are fine in the pregame is because Guindo kept fixing them.
Seral here was the first picture in a while where Guindo wasn't around to hide my oopsies, so I really am just drawing them wrong. But you're right, they do look better placed there. I'll go ahead and try to keep this consistent in all future works
