Finally, I'm back from a holiday in Disney World and I've returned with alot of inspiration... I didn't expect this to turn out so obviously Disney-influenced. Today's GIMP experiment was with Smudge (again), Burn and Dodge, the later two of which proved amazingly useful in shading and adding alot more depth than my other work without making it look too shiny (like Lacey's head) - note in particular the horns, tail and limb bracers. Yes, he's supposed to have no pupils and he's supposed to be dropping from a height, not practising karate.
Name: Draco
Species: Western fire dragon
Age: Unknown
Height: 7'5"
Bio: I call a philosopher someone who thinks to much. I have the nerve to call myself a philosopher.
Draco's mind is so occupied with the world that he doesn't even remember how old he is anymore - he's either very old or very young; it's hard to tell with dragons. Draco took Croc into his own care when he was just a few days old, found curled up alone on the bank of the nile, and raised him as a surrogate father, influencing Croc's unusual intelligence and his love of being alone just to think about the world. After some years, they met Liz and the trio became inseperable.
Draco is the wisest of the three. Although he is often distracted by his fasination with nature and the stars, he is also a strong realist and refuses to learn by any other means than experience, generally only acknowledging what he can see and feel as real, despite claiming to hold religious beliefs. He was once a great teacher and so, as Croc grew up, had no trouble becoming his mentor and giving Liz advice when he needed it, which was somewhat less common.
