Ulala's anatomy is a bit different from most creatures. Her uvula glows, especially in the dark, acting as a lure for her prey...but that doesn't really matter as much on Earth where she can just snatch up Earthlings! Also, her tongue is technically also one of her tentacles, too. Pressing against it causes it to glow slightly in that spot!
