lol.. yeah.. I never meant to really finish this one.. but I think I may eventually improve some more on it.. erase the white.. finish coloring the body and background.. etc etc

I think you should. Also, you should add accessories in the future, look a little different than most charizards. Different colorings, tatts, jewelry, who knows?
