If I remember right, it's to hide freaky eyes he got from a chaos god. He sees by magic.

Sort of reminds me of Blindfold from X-Men and the Miraluka from Star Wars. But of course those examples don't have freaky eyes. No eyes at all, in fact.

Hiya! Commissioner and Sycamore's player here! Sycamore is a fortune whose patron god isn't around anymore making his magic unstable. When he first began to get his powers they overwhelmed him with visions of the future so he pulled his eyes out in an attempt to stop the visions. It didn't quite work unfortunately for him. He still gets visions, and now he stashes spare change in his new head holes. The blindfold is a formality so he dosen't scare away customers!

Yikes, that sounds pretty dirty, putting spare change in his eyes.

He's not the most hygienic of folks. ^^;

Hyenas aren't always known for their hygiene. :P They call it Hyenigene.

I still can't get over the sheer amount of detail you crammed into this Keets! Simply gorgeous work from all of Sycamore's trinkets to Sweet's vibrant chaotic colors and the absolutely LUSH background! Sycamore's Vardo looks so cozy you'd almost WANT to come on in for tea even if you'd wind up signing your soul away for a lump of sugar!
