There is no such thing as "excessive" reading.
There is questionable taste in written material... Even shitty books that should never have been spawned by a printing press...
But anyone who reads for pleasure would argue that you cannot read too much.
...And then there is vampire romance fiction.
Definitely not to my tastes, but I can see the attraction for those into that sort of thing.
That said, Twilight forms a special level of hell all its own.
I'm just waiting for Larry Correia to write up a Monster Hunter book where the vampires are sparkly...Just before they get blown to ratshit by Monster Hunters International.

Yeah I wasn't sure what they meant by excessive, but I figured it meant either they read a lot, or it was naughty stuff, so I worked both in there :B
I think Night is more of an Anne Rice, Clive Barker type. She likes the horror erotica stuff that's for adults. She probably picked up Twilight when it was first out and was like 'wtf'. She won't go anywhere near 50 Shades haha!
