As befits the fur's name, this is a sauce that'll kill you if you don't like extra spicy :p

This is my first hot sauce of 2018 and I must say it turned out pretty well (very hot but pretty well.)
HOT SAUCE 2018
Ingredients:
Sriracha Seasoning
2 limes
zest of 1 lime
juice of two lime
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tbs of salt
1 bunch of Cilantro
4 Plum Tomatoes
1 can(127 ml) of Chopped green Chilies
139 peppers (Fresno, yellow pencil, Jalapeno, habanero and Ghost peppers)
Paqui ghost pepper chips (if you crush up the bag if works out to be 2 cups)
1/2 cup of Frank's red hot extra hot
Directions:
Remove pepper stems and fill up a blender then add the Frank's hot sauce and blend until nice and smooth. Next dump out into a small pot and set on the stove on med-low and let cook until it reduce by about half.
Add the rest of your peppers plus the garlic and the lime juice as well as the zest and the can of chopped green chilies, 1/4 cup of Sriracha Seasoning and 1 tbs of salt then let it blend until nice and smooth.
Next add the Cilantro,plum tomatoes and the Paqui ghost pepper chips to the blender(if you need it add a little more Frank's red hot to help every thing blend well) Add the crushed up Paqui ghost pepper chips and let blend until smooth. Next dump the blender in to a big bowl as well as the reduced hot peppers and mix. Once its well mixed store it in a mason jar and you will have a good HOT sauce.
