Well I finally got it done. It might have taken me quite a few months but I finally finished the colored reference picture for Tempest. I'm rather proud of it myself. *smiles brightly* The only major thing to note is that The blues on her outfit should be a bit lighter more towards a pastel than the richer blue like her hair. I mixed the pencils wrong at the time and had to stay with it when I realized my mistake
