As the hours stretched well past midnight and the moon edged towards the horizon, Izixs found himself sitting on a roof top perch, relaxing as he pondered the events of the evening. A night that had started well enough, but had taken many unusual turns. Still, despite it all, he had made it out in one piece. And though the bustle of the city below had eased at this extreme hour, there was perhaps yet to be done. But he couldn't help but have a sense of regret for some of his decisions. And so he relaxed as he watched the goings on of the street below, letting his mind wander through the options he had had that could had turned the outcome of that brief encounter another way...

Lost in thought, and half ready to the pounce into action once more, the moon slid closer to the horizon. And from that vantage, behind the dragon, casting his profile upon it.
