When it came time to think of a perfect gift to give to Toto, my mind had to think for a small while. I didn't want it to be something overly grand or too much, something more simple, but also something Toto could use or keep with him through time. I personally enjoy such gifts myself, something that I can have with me or use through time so that the personal value I put into such a gift is true and potentially infinite~ I may love small things like candy, or similar things, but having something that lasts forever, that is much better.
It's made even better if the gift has a meaning behind it, something special between both the giver and the receiver, and in this case, Toto had learned during his time in the digital world of creatures that seem to be based off another base creature known as a dolphin, his first experience being when he saw a digimon known as a Dolphmon, and Toto seemed to hold a very strong liking to such a creature~ and I would have to agree that they too are very interesting creatures~ I hold a similar admiration to them that Toto does, so to celebrate Toto's birthday, I had a dolphin charm custom made for Toto so that he may hold it with him and admire it at any time, allowing his mind to wander and think more on these interesting and admittedly majestic creatures.
But of course that's not the end of the story~ For there is another present in the box.. But with every good thing, it will be in due time, the 28th to be exact~ What could be in the box?... I'll give one hint. The gift will allow the giver to be with the receiver at all times.
I believe that those who wish to dig really deep may then guess every part of this to figure it out, but until the 28th, I shall keep it silent~
Today is truly a wonderful day, one's birth day marks not so much one's age as a number, but as a reminder that we all grow, and through every year, we have new experiences, joys, hardships, and most of all, we meet new people and grow with the ones already by our side. As last year has passed, we look forward toward the future, hand and hand we shape the path of destiny. Of course the road is harder to form in some places compared to others, but so long as we do not deter, nothing will be able to stop us.. and every year we have this day to remind us of how far we have come, not alone, but together.
