He's smiling because he aquired a cartoonish kangaroo costume cheaply. He's wearing the lower portions of the costume, and currently is putting on the costume's head. The costume isn't clothed except for the collar with bow tie, and cuffs (will make sense soon.) Box on the near him says "Klassy Kangaroo.""
