This collection becomes bigger :D. And I've read only ~13 of these ~195 books...
But, I have read one novel recently, which easily surpasses everything else. It's my personal opinion, of course. The novel is called "I am cheetah" (written by Layri Cheetah). So the opinion is totally not biased (not even slightly) :D
I would recommend it, but it seems it's only in Russian...

Greetings! x3 Hehe no worries.
being a cheetah fan you've read the books by Clare Bell (all in this page: it's "Ratha Series" + "Tomorrow Sphinx").
Strongly suggested to any cheetah fan even if the main series has a more fantasy-prehistoric species.
Yeah, sadly I have some issues with Russian xd
How it is? Fantasy, realistic-animal survival story, etc...

I have just finally found "Tomorrow's sphinx" on archive.org. Will start reading it right now.
I have already read "Ratha", "Inheritance" and "Age of Fire" series. And that's all at this moment.
"I am cheetah" is... Science fiction, I guess. It starts as a story about a human, who takes part in testing a new technology, a symbiote nano-organism which helps survive in extreme conditions, heal wounds and so on. In the first chapter he uses it to completely transform his body into a cheetah and his survival story begins...
Very well written survival story, I should say.

Good! It's not as good as Ratha series in my opinion (mostly some plot explains are all cramped into the ending).
However the writing style is as good as Ratha, plus it's pure cheetahs xD xD
Tell me once you finish it!
Concerning "I am cheetah" I am utterly failing to even find information or reviews of the book itself xD
Author's name is "Layri Cheetah" or "Lyari Cheetah" ?

I've read 2 chapters so far. Ok, I'll tell what I think about it when I finish it.
Here is Layri's page on dA: https://cheetahlayri.deviantart.com.
And here is a link to the book itself: Я - Гепард. It's in Russian, but maybe somebody else would like to read it (or use google translate, he he :D). You might think "WTF???" while reading first half of the first chapter, but then it's being explained.
It's hard to find reviews, even for me.

I read until the chapter with the mating scene! X3 x3 Hehe cool that it was introduced!
And if i may say, it's cool how he quickly realize some kind of "natural priorities" and got fixed on the point of helping also genetically the cheetah species to strength and survive better.
The first-person telling it's quite good, also the mix of moral/ethic thoughs and scientific description.
If there are two things that I found slightly puzzling it's (I think to have got it) some kind of stress of his own strength/super-survival skill. Also I have totally understood his personal background... i mean, in the first part there is hint he had other "adventures", he went to tibet, and i've not fully understood the background of the scientific program he was involved in, nor if there were OTHERS like him

I didn't expect you would read it. I tried reading google-translated version and I might say one can guess what's generally going on, but it makes mistakes a lot, sometimes leaves untranslated words, wrong translated sentences...
There will be another mating scene in chapter 25. I know you like it when writers describe this aspect of life too, but again, I didn't expect you to read it and I didn't tell about it before :)
There were another 2 others like him (and at least one more, later), but they were less successful at the beginning and less "adventurous" too.

I take very in account opinions and suggestions of people who clearly share interests x3 And I already read the whole German series of Felidae google-translating, and THAT was difficult xD I already read some text befores google-translating from Russian (militaria stuff over WW2 naval warfare lol), all considered i found Russian-to-English much more easy to understand than German-to-English, but i think much depend to the authro.
Hehe sure, mating theme is a big bonus that make the whole book a bit more serious. Because complete the character and the plot also with that theme. But sorry... ""There were another 2 others like him"" i think it was hinted at the beginning? but nothing more than that i think.
Also I found quite interesting and a bit funny the little "lizard"/biomechanical entity that turns into a bracelet as sort of helper, could be interesting to see him commenting over his mating desire xD

That's nice. Well, I took another look at translated chapter 6 (one of my favourite), and it's not so bad. However, one of scientists there has a speech defect and pronounces "h" instead of "k". In many cases google translate cannot guess what the word should be, when it's written with a "mistake" like that. Other than that the translation is decent. I wonder, how could I fix at least some mistakes in the translation?
As for those "others" - yes, they were only mentioned at the beginning, and that's all.
Also, I have just finished reading Tomorrow's Sphinx. I'll write more when I get thoughts in my head sorted out :) But it's good.
