Okay, I have to tell you guys something. This page was... WITHOUT QUESTION... the most fun I think I have EVER had working on a comic.
I'm not even kidding. Moments like this right here are literally what made me want to do online artwork to begin with. I enjoyed every second I drew Aeth- err... I mean, Rohan and while the backgrounds were complex an challenging, I felt like I learned some fun tricks in the process. I don't know if this pure, unbridled enjoyment shows in my work, but I've I'm able to share my satisfaction with you guys, then I will consider it a tremendous accomplishment.
To me, a transformation and subsequent self-discovery makes for such a deeply compelling and emotional scene. What I enjoyed about drawing this were the little things. The fact that even as Rohan's brain is still in a haze, he's already instinctively adapting to his new body, sitting and drinking water in a much more demonic/animal-like way. Still intelligent, mind you! But more reflective of a body and mind filled with new instincts, reflexes, and natural impulses.
As the fog clears and he remembers what happens, there is a palpable reality to what has happened dawning upon him. He made a decision that has forever altered the course of his life. The expressiveness his face and eyes are able to convey make him a positive joy to draw. I'm glad he's the main character.
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to exploring this new world and this new life with you for a long time to come. Hope to see you all there!

I'm glad to hear you had fun with this page. The build up was well worth it. I also see you touch up on a lot of other transformation tropes as the sudden realization comes into play.
This being the "transformation hangover" and the *my instincts are showing " which not only are high points of a transformation but the execution itself went really well here as Aeth( spoilers) Rohan discovered his new form all the while showcasing his odd behavior such as lapping at the water and sitting on his haunches. Small details like these really give me that tingling sensation. By the way that design is pretty well balanced. Cool enough to be scary and frightening but also soft enough to be cute and hearted like here..
I've been watching your art for quite some time and I've noticed you often like to put a lot of emotion into your stories. Not only as a theme but also the driving force for your character. As pointed out by the connection between Rohan and the demon before fusing That looks like it's the case here. I believe strongly in my assumption as does your passion for creating stories. So keep on doing what you're doing. You're on quite the roll. <3
