Ehh I did this in like 20 minutes max. I realized too late that I had drawn the lineart on the background white layer so I decided to sketch rather than do something actually decent. It turned out alright, though I forgot to go back over his eyebrows in the black lol
In addition, welcome new eyes (black scleras instead of white) and lighter colors! The dark purples and maroons were just too difficult to see, so I changed the colors just a bit. The dark purple is now more blue and the maroon is actually maroon. :D
And for the record, Neon goes by both Neo and Neon because Neon can be weird to say and I decided that Neo is much easier XD
