- Timid on the outside, but creative on the inside, Heartina Rosebud is a talented youthful pooch who likes to draw. She has a sweet nature as well as an adorable sense of humour. However, she shies away from strangers and other things that are difficult to clear. Hearts is immature, peppy and somewhat cheery. She knows all and tells all, caring for whichever she deserves. She's also a bouncy klutz and stuff.
- As a Cerberus, each head has a different voice and personality of its own. The right head is a hyperactive playful cheerleader, the middle head is an easygoing, smart one and the left head is an innocent, shy gal who rarely stutters.

- Unlike her normal form, Hearts, as a Cerberus, does NOT transform into a feral/puppy version of herself by laughing very much. It's because she lacks a heart-shaped symbol on her chest. Her fur is also pink instead of orange and she's larger than her normal self.
- Her three heads either share a hive mind of have their own minds. If so, they constantly chatter/babble to each other and share information about their latest things. This annoys people and leads her to major argument.
- She has problems resisting arguing with herself.
