Despite their terrifying appearance, Pumpin is a kind and shy and friendly void creature.

Among other things, Sasha the Shadow Phoenix is known for her ability to create void minions, also known as voidlings, that obey her will and do her biddings. Because that particular minion managed to protect Sasha's ashes for two millenias and allowed for her resurrection, the Shadow Phoenix gave Pumpin its freedom as a reward soon after. Entirely made out of void magic, Pumpin can give themselves any gender, grow bigger or smaller, harden or soften their body, and reshape themselves to look more attractive - but they will always revert back to their original form once the need is gone. They also own their very own void dimension where they can absorb and store various objects and living beings. Because Pumpin isn't nearly as powerful as Sasha, they cannot create more voidlings, but they can still create void objects and other portals to their own dimension.

Pumpin is very gentle and kind and despite their shyness, they will seek contact with animals and people. They will show them their affection and try to make others happy through various means ranging from simply being near them, to contacts such as cuddling and petting, to more private things. Although Pumpin does not speak, they can decipher and feel emotions extremly well, and knows exactly if their partner are happy, afraid, sad, or wants something in particular - and changes their behavior accordingly. Keep in mind that Pumpin is as intelligent as us. They are comparable to an adult and have the ability to think, make decisions, and knows the difference between good and bad.

The brightness of their eyes is a great indicator of their current hunger. Once they are red, Pumpin is actually starving. When it comes to feeding, Pumpin can either swallow or absorb whole preys of any size. Rather adventurous with people they don't know, they will attempt to absorb them without asking, but stop at the first sign of protest. Once their prey completely absorbed, they will start feeding off their magic and eventually release them. Although Pumpin prefers it when their prey is willing to be eaten, if they are too hungry and cannot wait any longer, they will start hunting for unwilling preys. If this happens, they will make the experience as pleasant as they can and once sated, Pumpin will very likely feel bad and seek forgiveness.

Fact: Pumpin's other forms all look like actual demons. It is unsure wether or not they took this habbit from watching Sasha creating other minions with such appearances or not.
