Here we've got Lime, a urban male Nevrean! He is talking into his a handheld transceiver which has similar role to a mobile telephone in the Earth. These are one of the latest and newest high-tech tools available in Modern Gold Ring, in the category of wireless machines that can transmit and receive communication signals.

Note : this device is most likely similar to a walkie-talkie, functioning via peer to peer communication exclusively. The range of which is unclear. This device may be said like Tal's mobile telephone due to its role, however, the function is simpler and more primitive than mobile telephone. Not to be confused with a general telephones. － As always, this is just a fairly small raw concept for now. We will determine this in the future in collaboration with Kiki-UMA! Stay tuned for more lore and canon updates in the future!
