During exercise and jogging, I like to keep myself hydrated at all times. Often though, I tend to become a little over-hydrated and swell up a bit.
I don't mind it too much, just gets so bloated that I end up oozing slime everywhere from the exhausting efforts of lugging it around, leading to more water breaks!
Gonna take a rest here for a moment and catch my breath before having another drink.
