I guess there's a story to go with this image, in a similar situation like on one of the paths in the game, faced with an ultimatum the two rather then give up the coins to their foe, decide to throw their bounty of coins into the dark depths of the sea where they could never be reached by evil hands again. Before their foe could execute them for what they had done, they through themselves overboard with the coins which Transforms the two into a pair mermaids.
Its so late but there's soo much I want to say about this picture. So much about this picture came together so well, I'm very proud of that background, I was inspired by some of the backgrounds from the anime "The Ancient Magus Bride" It took many tutorials and a few videos to make it happen but It was worth it. There was a lot more I wanted to add to the picture but I think it was a smart Idea to not push it to far.
I hope you don't mind all The Pirates Fate fan art I've been drawing, its been fantastic for inspiration as well as keeping me sane while I grind away at the Milkshakes Visual Novel.
