'Furfrou': ". . . . ."
Lucy: "You know, if you're curious about whether or not she's a human or Pokemon, all you need to do is ask."
Pyroar: "Hm?"
'Furfrou': "Rou?"
Lucy: "I'm a Lucario. I can sense the auras of living things. And tell the difference between one and the oth. . . Umm. . . Pyroar?"
Five minutes later. . .
Lucy: (muffled) "So, um. . . Does this mean you'd rather not know if she's a genuine Furfrou or not?"
Pyroar: "It does indeed."
Lucy: (muffled) "Okay. My muzzle is sealed." (pause) "So, um. . . Can I come out now?"
Pyroar: "Maybe." *pets a puppy* "Still want that thorough internal investigation?"
'Furfrou': "Rmph!"
Pyroar: "Hee-hee, okay." *nuzzles and licks* "Good girl."

I'm assuming that by "to vore" you mean to swallow others whole and alive. If so, the short answer is "We don't know, but why wouldn't they?"
Longer explanation: Everyone learned how "to vore" from Deva, who hails from a world where humans don't exist -- where the word "human" is only ever use as an adjective referring to one with higher cognitive capacity (example: Deva would refer to herself as "a human kangaroo") and "the human being" is just a general idea of what a species that has human intelligence 100% of the time would look like. So as far as Deva knows, it's never actually been passed on to a human before.
But yes, the working theory right now is that "Furfrou" and "Persian" have embraced their nonhuman personas fully, enough that, after several trips through the abstract worlds, they became at least partially merged with their disguises and gained internal anatomy more appropriate for their identities.
