One last fun pic of Maraschino before I start my Fall projects...finished this earlier today but I had to leave for work before the spots on her wings were dry (I paint them on) , so I'm posting it just now.
She's actually supposed to be the same height as the jar, but I drew her too big and I liked the pose way too much to start over on her, so I just left it as is. She's supposed to be 5" tall in this pic.
I've gotta stop drawing her so much...I'm turning into as much of a cherry fiend as she is. =p

she's a cherry fiend allright! finding a jar full of sweet cherries that have the same size as you must be like heaven for lil' Maraschino. :)
love the pose, even more the expression of utter desire, quenchable only with the demise of the very last cherry off that jar... and let's not forget the wings and her tasty outfit. ^^
