It was a hot Summer day and a pregnant Cheryl was already at the end of her limit with her two year old. He was cooped up all morning because it was too hot for either of them to run around outside and he was getting restless and quite frankly annoying. It finally dawned on her that there might be a way to get him out of the house without overheating either of them. She pulled the kiddy pool out of the garage, set it up under the tree in their backyard, and filled it up. Cheryl then called Kyle outside. Kyle's face lit up at the sight of the pool. She quickly stripped him to his diaper and slipped the arm floaties on him that he likes so much. He was ready to go...except for the fact that he was still in a regular diaper and not a swim diaper. The swim diapers were upstairs in a cabinet somewhere and Kyle was itching to jump in.

'Swim diapers be damned!' thought Cheryl to herself as she motioned to her son that it was ok to jump in.

Kyle cheered and hopped in. It wasn't long before his diaper was filled with water and drooping but he didn't mind. Cheryl sat on the porch with lemonade and watched her son enjoy himself in the pool.
