No, they don’t, and this isn’t reflective as such. The questions are being answered in character, and in her universe, there have been compliments given to her that lead to unwanted advances.

Those who have gone from a simple compliment to grabbing and so on have crossed a line, and Kathy doesn’t really deal well with being touched by people she doesn’t know in general. (That includes hugging and getting too close, which actually can be seen in a previous ask where the question was emoted as the askers character being super excited and bouncy, which made her nervous.)

That’s also why she said sometimes, she will let them walk away with their teeth. It all depends on if the person complimenting her looks decides to make an advancement past a compliment.
