Not the sort of thing that normally gets much attention here, but it's the only thing I've drawn in a while so I figured I'd post it.

This is a character I've been mulling around with for a couple months. His name is Alessandro Piro. He's got a lot of background in a fantasy world I'm creating (one I hope to either put into novel form or pitch to a independent game company). Long story short: This guy is a Adept (Magic user specializing in the physics branch of "the Arts") who works as a researcher for the government. One day he blacks out from a combination of stress and anger and murders his family, he wakes up a short time later covered in soot with his home reduced to cinders around him. With no memory of his actions Alessandro blames his loss on his most hated rival and devotes the rest of his life trying to avenge the family that was taken from him.

There's more too it than that, but I don't care to write it.
