Another character that doesn't exist! This time: A b*tchy-lookin' Scottish fold kitty
I actually really love the way she turned out ^^' I chose a Scottish fold to show off different ear styles that I can do (and also just to attempt them; I've gotten so used to serval ears)
However, toward the end of working on her, my tablet pen crapped out and Wacom doesn't stock replacement pens anymore, so I'm screwed. I mean, it still works, but I can't pan using the side buttons anymore which is a major inconvenience. But I digress.
Jasmin actually shares the same name as my kitty, just with a different spelling (Jazmine vs Jasmin), though the two are nothing alike. I had a majorly sassy, a**hole attitude in mind with Jasmin, and little Jazzy girl is the sweetest kitty you could ever meet.
I was imagining a pink/purple super girly palette for her as well when I was doing the lineart, but the blues almost make her seem cold-hearted and I kinda dig it. Oh, also, I just got the colors from a color palette generator, which is why I didn't stick with the pink scheme XD Also, with all the "poof" around her neck, it almost looks like she's wearing the kitty equivalent of a fur scarf, which adds to the b*tchy upper-class stereotype vibe.
So yeah. She'll probably end up as an adoptable if I feel like it, cause while she is pretty cute with her little ears, I'm just not needing a character like her at the moment ^^' So look forward to that in the future!
TL;DR: My tablet pen is being a b*tch and Jasmin is going to be an adoptable eventually.
