Working on worldbuilding and shit for Chess, and realized I had to make his family A Thing.

Albrecht Ironwright is a bog standard Sinnohian Lucario from the (a) pokemon world.
Fiona Glubbening is a Cheshire Cat + Axolotl hybrid from a planet known as “Wonderland.”
Albrecht and Fiona met and fell in love on a “mixing pot” planet similar to Earth.
The kids- Chess, Blaze, and Eduard- are hybrids of a magical sort, with varying levels of cool abilities from both parents.
Chess can breathe underwater and on land, and can use pokemon moves; Blaze can read Aura and disappear at will like a Cheshire Cat; Eduard is amphibious and can disappear at will. The three of them were a handful for their parents and are still fairly close.

They're all kind of a horrible reminder that just because you can magically hybridize two+ species and make kids with them, doesn't mean you should.
I did anyways, though.
Blaze is my favorite (next to Chess, of course) though I love Eduard too.
