I don't know if it's intentional, but to me this seems a very serene image. There's great peace to be found in a small boat on open water.
It brings another image to mind as well. The bait and the big fish reminds me of Krüach Aum, and his attempt to capture an Avanc in his little boat.

hey ya know? Hmoob is how you spell "Hmong" in our language, and it sounded like the english version when spoken; yeah our alphabet system is a little complicated on sound. If you're wondering what Hmoob/Hmong is, its another Asian race XD Unfortunately we don't have our own country ^^; You're the only one who used that word so far on FA except for me
