That's a pretty sweet title. Do we get to display that over our head for early support of your projects?
Now, for me to be more serious...:
These are musings for the logo that you're going to put Murderwoods under, right? So a game studio logo, right? Or maybe even just something you're going to adopt in a much more overarching style?
Well, if it's game-related, I gotta say there's a lot of cool ones out there, and from first glance yours certainly seems pretty fitting for the game you're making! I see this, I see what little I've seen of Murderwoods, and I see you as an artist, and I think you're onto something here!
It's interesting to see your development here too, be it a bit more haphazard as it may. I guess there's really no rules besides the ones you self-impose when it comes to a logo, so it's pretty intriguing to see the mix of both steady iteration, and total idea 'spitballing', so to speak! But I like where you've arrived, it definitely looks very cool and striking and unlike anything I've ever seen before! Though my knowledge of company logos is not the most expansive.
Whilst it's thoughts for stuff far in the future... I for one like your idea of the logo tweaking or changing to match with the project theme. A different beast resting upon the 808 logo.
Aaaaand finally, if you wanted name suggestions... I'm just gonna throw something totally out of left field and say Sanjin! Why? I dunno! Just a name I like!

Yup, musing about for our logo turned into designing a mascot as well I guess haha.
We were playing with the idea of altering the "base" slightly depending on the project; for example Barrow's version would be something like a really primitive, angular outline with CRT display effects, and Murderwood's would look like a branding stamp on wood or something.
Sanjin is nice! I always like how "j" and "i" look next to each other.

Now you just need to hide a little model of this guy somewhere in Murderwoods that you can shoot for a special bonus or something ;)
But hey, that's a cool idea! I've seen other companies do that kind of thing, depending on the theme/style/genre of the game, and it's always pretty funky! Your ideas for both Barrow and Murderwoods sound good! Not sure if you've got any other projects going on for further differentiated logos, but it's a cool idea nonetheless! Hah, not like you need MY help for design work anyway!
And hey, glad you like Sanjin too. Obviously it's up to you what you wanna call him, but glad to give a suggestion at least!
