Assuming that you've already seen it (I have myself), without giving any spoilers, how did you like the film? Personally, I'm not 100% sure if that post-credits scene is canon or not, but from what I read it is. As you can see I'm not giving any spoilers here, but I enjoyed it myself, hope they'll make a third but I have doubts since Disney now owns it.
Disney claims they'll keep a separate rated-R industry for Deadpool, but unless they allow more characters to cross over into his universe they'll run out of material, which is why I don't know if we'll see any more of Deadpool. However, here is hoping that since Disney has the rights to X-Men and Deadpool that they'll actually cast a Wolverine for Deadpool as I'm sure so many people want to see that. ^^;
