The german version probably could pull off some Rammstein-esque songs. His (german)voice is similar to its lead singer. And Christopher Lloyd is also very talented too.
But I'm glad that there is no singing in the DuckTales movie and it just focuses on the story. Even as a child i wasn't a fan of singing in movies, since it distracts from the story and makes serious events less serious. Merlock most likely wouldn't had scared me as much(when I saw the movie the first time)if he had a singing part in it.

I was! A little background story: My dad was one of those parents who thought that anything that's animated/drawn must be for kids and in order to make us quiet he bought us tons of cartoon VHSs. Including some Anime from Japan and China. And some of those were pretty bloody. So when I watched the DT-movie the first time I thought that Merlock is going to cause a blood bath at any moment(especially in the hotel scenes). And on top of that his german voice is different to the american. His voice is deeper compared to its original. And the fact that he is immortal, super strong and can transform into different animals and will chase after you around the world was pretty scary. He is like a dangerous curse.
That is probably one of the reasons why I'm so messed up. LOL Also got to see horror movies very early, thanks to my older brothers. One that scared me the most were the Poltergeist movies, since the little girl looked like a twin version of myself and I thought that will happen to me too.
