But really, who wouldn’t turn species-traitor for a reasonably hot piece of ass (or non-buttocked species’ ass equivalent)
Once again,
Caedere acted as the colorist and shader for the characters on this page, letting me keep up a decent schedule while giving my arm and its stabby nerves a chance to rest! She has a comic of her own goin' on (which just started to involve some TF), so check it out!

yes because saying a sushi dish is awe-full when you don't like sushi in the first place makes your opinion valid in any regard what so ever, Especially when everyone else that likes to eat said dish says it's delicious. HMMMM this one ass-hole couldn't be wrong at all over the several thousand people that have already viewed this article.
If you believe you can do better. then try yourself. You clearly do have some skill in art it you also possess the ability and belief you can write a better story and keep a good comic up with regular intervals and submissions like this artiest is clearly doing. Then prove to us that you can do better.
this artist went above and beyond making the world interesting with its own creatures and cultures as well as giving enough to be intresting but just enough information out to keep us guessing.
Me myself. I like the Braxids and indril as well as humans over the scave. But the scaves are cool in there own right.
You clearly have a flair for fantasy creatures. And DND is always a good layout for stories. So I belive you can do something just as great if not better if you truely try.
insulting people like this is not how you get yourself heard properly. otherwise ya look like a fucking ass with nothing better to do.
in short. Ya got your own likes and dislikes and thats ok. if you think you can do better do it. no harm in trying. and second. if your going to be a dick. just keep it to yourself.

I also can't tell if it's a joke or they're being sarcastic. Regardless, it's quite rude. While I'm not the #1 fan of this series, I enjoy the art and it's about a thousand times better than I can do.
Like seriously, that's pretty rude. Codie should probably just isolate themselves if they're going to insult without any slightly valid reason. (My bad if I did anything improper writing this comment, it is my first comment in the 3.5 years I've had this account)

Everyone Has their own opinion, but that was rude. It pisses me off something fierce when someone looks at something, doesn't like it and then acts like a pretentious self-entitled fuck who acts like he speaks for everyone when in reality he is just a 'nobody' like the rest of us. Piss off you wanker.
Pff. Blanket responses that say an entire group of people have a certain opinion of something are worthless. You can't speak for an entire group! Much less literally everyone. And considering the proliferation of Yinglets I'd say it's safe to assume people rather like this comic, myself included.
And just because you were so rude, I'd have to say that one who replies to a simple comment with an insult right out of the gate, calling someone a "cunt", much less doing so without proper capitalization or punctuation, essentially makes any point invalid. It tends to make people think you are boorish and simply react with emotion as opposed to a logical train of thought.

Really Awesome page Val. Nice work on zhe backgrounds too btw!
Is good to see a return to bits of zhe early pages return in zhe greater arc of zhe story. Zhis has everyone in zhe chat talking yesyes, and of course.. wondering where it will go from here. Heehee...
Heyhey! ... Val! .... How do you keep a Yinglet in suspense???
;D

I remember seeing art of a yinglet a couple of years back. I found the species interesting (and weird, let's be honest), but that was it. Then, a few days ago, I stumbled across this webcomic of yours: and I find them suddenly fascinating. Maybe I didn't pay much attention, or simply adding background and a story to these little critters made them oh so more special (still kinda weird, but in a good way!)
I actually discovered your art through the Argonian maid (which is funny as hell, being a fan of the Elder Scrolls universe), but never saw anything else from you. After looking at the first pages of Out Of Placers, I couldn't stop reading it. I was expecting something light-hearted just like your argonian comic, but I realized I was wrong. You managed to mix humour, emotions (good and bad) through dialogue and expressions like I've never seen before. This is the first time i actually felt bad for a fictional character (Katia Managan aside, but that was to a lesser degree), and the roller coaster of feelings Kass is going through seems so real, it's uncanny.
So yeah, I think I'm officially hooked now. A new universe, with interesting and exclusive races, a cast of lovable characters (even the minor ones), and believable interactions/reactions. Thanks for creating this little gem, can't wait to see more of it!
I also believed the yinglets sounded a bit like Khajiits but with a higher pitch (I think I picked up similar speech patterns in some yinglets, and it stuck). Then people found similarities with french accents. It's alright, I will try not to look too offended.

Well awesome! It's always great to hear whenever someone's really feeling the story enough to hit a feeling of empathy towards a character, and/or that the interactions have a somewhat realistic feeling to them; as these are both things I'm definitely aiming to accomplish in this comic.
You're hardly the first person to find this comic through LAM, especially since that one seems to get reposted in a lot more places! Glad it seems to be introducing a lot of people to this comic, in addition to being enjoyed on its own. Plus, it's fun to take the occasional break from the tightly woven plot of OOPs, and just have some dumb fun with ridiculous cursed lizard people, ya know?

Well good job on the first part then: you care about it, and it shows
And I will definitely enjoy both of your comics from now on (or even more if you feel like it). A similar theme, but with very different set-ups. Now I can't stop thinking about what would happen if you somewhat wanted to add a deep plot in the LAM comic... Would that even work at this point? Your audience might get a little confused, but I think that wouldn't stop you. Amirite?

Just tried to access the main page he is on. It is restricted to Mature audiences (you can see it on the comic website or on DA if you click yes when it asks if you want to see it).
Appropriately. It is the only OOP page which bothers me. I showed it to my Priest and he was bothered too.

On this site I cannot see the page introducing the O of BR because it is R rated (if not X) and I am not changing my account setting just for that, when I can see it on DeviantArt or Valsalia's comic site. Really, I am not into Furry for that kind of stuff. Still, it is only one panel out of ~1000, so that is not bad.
I am a devote Catholic. Me and my pastor object to the last panel on:

Now this is quite the interesting development! I was wondering when we'd see more of this fellow! As always, your tiny detail work is outstanding here! I notice that our ne'er-do-well friend here, as you've quite been quite particular to do with others, has a unique speaking quirk in which he tries to avoid making the "ZH" sound which the others do. I can more than assume he does this because he desires respect, and I'm assuming power to a degree beyond that since he's quite the driven little fellow! But at the same time, I don't quite see him as the kingpin; not in this tail. I still maintain my belief that he's working with a much larger group and he's only the tip of the iceberg. I look forward to seeing him in action as our story develops! A wonderful job as always, my friend!
I've once said you have amazing establishing shots, and this one for sure is certainly stunning. I look at it and admire how detailed and beautiful it is, then look at the best art I can come up with and feel like jumping out the nearest window because I've given up on even trying. Your art is just that good!
Also, I must say I love the design of the two dim-witted scavs Brakka meets in the alleys of Val Salia.
