It's Sueda's mom Ahla!

She runs a seedy bar mostly for soldiers and especially waders on the southern docks near the eastern bay battery. She's got a fierce reputation for keeping fighting out of her bar and has been seen personally throwing unruly patrons out the doors. She has scant few employees she trusts to manage the bar. The bar is basically ruled by the local Wader units who frequently haunt the establishment and like to think of it as their unofficial base of operations. She raised Sueda and her brothers alone (with some help from bar patrons) and worked hard to ensure her children had all the opportunities she did not growing up. She's almost as tall as her daughter Sueda at 3'10" and is quite strong for a goblin. Her bar consumes most of her time and has become famous as one of the only places open at all hours of the day and night. Unlike many of the bars around hers she employs no prostitutes or dancers and the bar is more or less kid friendly(ish). At least, as friendly as a hive of drunken soldiers who enjoy fighting can be. She is also an accomplished cook and makes a dangerously spicy soup which brave souls are fond of attempting to eat without crying.
