Here's a little breakdown of the Cubus Hidden in my Moon's Absolute fic.
READ THIS, PLEASE. I DIDN'T TYPE ALL THIS FOR SHITS AND GIGGLES.
The Cubus Hidden are the most cunning of all the Hidden.
They are extremely nocturnal. Sunlight does not kill them, but leaves unsightly and painful blemishes on their skin where contact is made.
It's common for the Cubus Hidden to have wings, either in hiding or in plain sight. Despite their appendages, they cannot fly but use the wings to glide or slow their fall.
Cubus Hidden are the most agile of all types of Hidden. Succubi (the females) are significantly more limber than Incubi (the males).
The Cubus Hidden do not require feeding daily and can go without being hungry for months at a time. When needed, they are able to prey upon anyone, whether they are Average, Shown or Hidden. Their favorite form of sustenance is blood directly from is source, obtained through kissing their prey and piercing the heart with their long tounges (You don't want to french one of them. They'll kill you.)
When injured, the Cubus Hidden require energy to heal, usually energy that isn't their own. The most common and efficient manner of obtaining this energy is draining the life from another through intercourse. (No, this is not in the story. Deal with that. =P) Whatever energy they harness or store within them is also used in powerful charges for attacks. Shadow is well known for his ability to convert his energy into strong projectiles and not tire.
It's not uncommon for Cubus Hidden to stay with their own.
It's unknown where exactly Shadow and Rouge live in Westopolis, but the two are commonly seen at Shadow's job, Casinopolis in Station Square.
