Species: Reaper
Info: despite popular belief that there's only one Reaper in the world, there're in fact hundreds if not thousands of Reapers in the world. each one is given a small area to watch over and to take the souls of the dead and dying to where they belong. Reapers are unseen by the living, only seen by those who have died or are about to die. but some people have a gift for seeing such beings, as well as being seen by Demons and Angels. Reapers are ghost like and can move through solid matter, like a wall for example. this ability make it impossible to harm them. as any attacks made simply go through them. and so Reapers often ignore anyone who dares to strike at an agent of death. it is rumored that there is a way to harm a Reaper, but proof of this hasn't been found. Also as Reapers they can change their form to make their targets more comfortable with death, or extremely fierce to terrify. all Reapers carry a Scythe. each one is unique, but all share a watchful eye near the top. it is unknown why the eye is there, but it is suggested that the eye tells the Reaper when someone's time is up and for the Reaper to claim that persons soul. but no one knows for sure. while Reapers can be scary they are very kind and gentle, taking care to make the souls they look after happy. (unhappy souls tend to become violent.) a major thing to remember is to avoid a Reaper while it's taking a soul to the afterlife. disrupting the ritual will lead to your own death. and Reapers will not hesitate to kill someone before their time. should they be disturbed.
