This animation has Blast regaining the ability to see, as represented by the background coming into view. They realized they have arms, but don't know how to use them. The reason they too so long to be able to see is their brains were being remapped by the transformation. I had an interesting plan involving this animation using some scripting, but I'll get to that later.

Blast: What is it?
Amber: You're stomping loudly
Blast: I thought you wanted me over there.
Amber:How is it you know how to walk? Hey!
Blast: I was trying to reach you.
Amber:Right, to guard me. My Question?
Blast: Mech armor. HEY! Why did you get more clothes?
Amber: You can see?
Blast: I can now.
Amber: How's it look?
Blast: Lots of white.
Amber: Not helping.
Blast: Since when did you have arms?
Amber: Woah! I can see.
Blast: What blinded us?
Amber: Your arms.
Blast: What?
Amber: We both have arms.
Blast: Weird.

Both test subjects have regained sight. They just realized they grew arms in addition to their wings. Customs of this world the transformations conform to also confuse them.
