Had to think about this one for a bit but i think i'll go ahead and allow it.
Simply because the base is so small and im not very picky. :3c
Also when i say "commissions", I mean work that involves someones premade character. So no accepting of a normal commission and then using my base to do it

I'll make a public announcement for when these become available again :]
Also i do own photoshop elements but its a very old version and i only use it for small edits using things like the Liquid tool. Not sure if i could be of any help on figuring out the program. ;\

for the time being, unfortunately not. all of the small transactions made my paypal freak out a few too many times so until i can find a way of selling them (without losing a good chunk of the profits to a third party fee), it will have to remain a deviantart point only base.
