I saw your prior photo posted and the high water you seen this week. We too have seen abundant rain in the past week in northern Pennsylvania, with the river waters high. It must be the part of the spring season. I am also seeing the trees are beyond budding and growing green leaves. It seems the trees budded a little later this year than last. The sunlight and temperatures can play a role.
