Thank you, Seth! I'm so glad you've enjoyed it. It started out as an attempt to mimic the folksy style of Garrison Keillor, but then it quickly morphed into a look at how war can affect a community, how destructive anti-war forces can be when they become convinced of their 'moral superiority', and also, a touch of the bond that forms between soldiers.

With so many of my friend shaving joined the armed forces, I want more and more to write stories that celebrates their sacrifice.

Plus, I also love writing stuff set in older times.

I will definitely write more. I'll post some more older stuff here soon. New stuff will come when I manage to write it.
