I will retain the rights to the finished artwork and will be able to use it in future portfolios.
The artwork cannot be resold for monetary purposes by anyone, this includes the commissioner unless agreed otherwise by both parties.
The commission may not be used on other sites, as avatars, web graphics, in roleplays and so on without mine or the commissioners permission, except for the commissioner, who retains full rights to their character(s) and may use the image in anyway they see fit (apart from resale).


I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason without discussion.
