I desided this beast to be one from my neighbour territory. Russian deamon named Pogrebin.
This small (about 1 foot tall) creatures enjoy trailing people. When the Human turns around, the Pogrebin crouches down, and, because of its large head, resembles a rock. If the creature manages to tail a Human for a few hours, a sense of despair and futility will wash over the Human. When the victim sits or sinks to its knees to weep, the Pogrebin attacks and attempts to devour them.

I put some ordinary russian-imp features to this guy. He has pig nose and hooves. I add no tail as it would declassify demons camouflage (rock with the tail, ha! ). Also his mouth is huge not just because he is happy when Human is despaired (just like a dementor) but also to be able to devour an adult.
