Hold on to what you love
This was actually a challenge to draw since I've never been so emotionally invested in my own character. So capturing them in this moment was a little sad after having finished chapter 1. So please enjoy this photograph of Dustin and Quill when they first joined the Strandherd Police Department.

It's really up to the artists discretion :) most furry characters have sleeker, more human-like appearances. Dustin technically isn't entirely chinchilla. His design is based both on a chinchilla and a sugar glider. I just opted to classify him and a chinchilla because he doesn't have the glider membranes.
