That's quite the pose and expression. Makes me kind of think of a scene in a comedic show / movie where one of the characters gets knocked down and then the camera goes to the fellow on the ground so the audience can get his perspective as Duez here comes by and says something witty while looking down at him or her.

Hehe, well the pose was all him, but faces are probably going to be the most changed/personal parts of the picture, since I adjust it to match animals with a cartoony face, but still have some sorta similarity to the original person's expression.
It'd be neat if you tried it out too!
